Shipping and Returns

We ship Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturdays.  We do not ship on the holidays that the Post Office is closed.  We make every effort to ship as fast as possible - usually the day after the order. If the order arrives early, we make every effort to ship it the same day.  If we receive an order in the later afternoon or in the evening on a Friday, it will be shipped first thing the following Monday.

We use flat rate shipping, but if we can ship cheaper by first class, we will do it that way, notify you by email, and refund you the difference.

We inspect every item we ship, pad it carefully and effectively, then package it well.  In the event of damage to your package, please contact us and we will contact the post office to file a complaint. Please photograph the damage immediately so that we can use the photos when filing our claim. You will then receive a replacement order.  

If you are not satisfied with your product(s), simply return it/them within 10 days for a full refund. We'd also appreciate some feedback in an email to let us know what happened. Your satisfaction is important to us!
