Shipping and Returns
We ship Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturdays. We do not ship on the holidays that the Post Office is closed. We make every effort to ship as fast as possible - usually the day of or day after the order. If the order arrives early, we make every effort to ship it the same day. If we receive an order in the later afternoon or in the evening on a Friday, it will be shipped first thing the following Monday.
We ship by USPS and if the shipping calculator overcharges for shipping, we immediately refund you the difference once we see the problem.
Every item we create is done with the utmost care and love. We pride ourselves on our product quality. We inspect every item we ship, pad it carefully and effectively, then package it very securely for. In the event of damage to your package, please contact us and we will contact the post office to file a complaint. Please photograph the damage immediately so that we can use the photos when filing our claim. You will then receive a replacement order.
Any merchandise purchased online here at this website (monatural.com) can be exchanged or refunded within 20 days from the original delivery date. The item(s) must be unopened, unused and in good condition (unless item is damaged). If damaged, please submit photos of damage so we can file a complaint with the shipping carrier.
IMPORTANT: All items must be packaged and shipped in a secure manner to ensure product arrives back to Mo' Natural in good condition, or we cannot offer a refund.
We are NOT responsible for anybody's allergies or sensitivities - known or unknown. If you purchase our product(s) and have some sort of reaction, Mo' Natural cannot be held responsible for this. Everybody's physiology is different and there can be no way to know how a person's body will react to anything. We make our products with exceptional, high quality organic ingredients and take every measure to put out stellar health products. We send you your products in good faith and we cannot and will not be responsible for reactions or allergies. Mo' Natural cannot issue refunds for these types of issues. We also cannot issue refunds because you might not like our products. Everybody's likes and dislikes are beyond our realm of control.
For other issues as noted, we will refund the price of the item(s) in the original form of payment that was used for the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded except if the item is being returned due to issues originating with the product, order, or the company. Any items received back that are damaged due to customer negligence or alterations to its original state will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Once items have been inspected and the condition is verified and accepted, a refund will be sent within 3-5 business days.
NOTE: All refunds must be approved before customer sends back items. A 5% restocking fee will be applied.
