Oh goody! I get to practice ‘southern drawl’ again! Here in Kentucky, this is called good ol’ fashioned “Pan Tawrrrrr” soap. Go ahead, say it. This is another fave on the homestead! It has a generous amount of beneficial Pan Tawrrr…. I mean PINE TAR which science touts as having anti-fungal qualities, soothing in the treatment of poison oak and poison ivy, helpful for all manner of skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, bug bites, and is even said to help dandruff. Not only does this soap have a lot of Pan Tawrrrr in it, but it’s also loaded with a luscious essential oils that make it smell ‘matty’ (mighty) good! Sure, it’s plain and boring looking, but don’t judge a soap by its color. It has a real good personality.
Ingredients: Saponified (made into soap) oils of Olive Fruit, Coconut, Organic Palm (fair trade and sustainable), Shea Nut Butter, Pine Tar, Cypress Essential Oil, Fir Needle Essential Oil, Orange Essential Oil, and Lemongrass Essential Oil.
